About Us
We are a cic (community interest company) formed in 2024 after providing 10 years of early years education with angel hands childcare LTD AT ronkswood community centre, As Nunnery wood preschool. We identified the need for not just providing care for children but the apparent need to be able to support the whole family.
So, The idea of a “Family Centre” was born and our search began to look for a premises that allowed us to still care for our current children and open opportunities and provide the support needed to make a fundamental difference to families and the city and community.
From this lighthouse family Centre at Medway became a reality. We look forward to support you and your family in our quest to make a difference

•We are based at Medway community Centre just off the Newtown road, 2 miles away from the city centre of Worcester.
•At our Family Centre within our childcare provision, we have dedicated rooms for our babies, younger children, sensory room, kitchen and a community room. We to support families access government funding for their child.
•We have access to open spaces for physical play, woodland adventures, gardening and caring for our community.
•We use an app for you to see your child’s progress, observations and communicate with your child’s key person
•We host a variety of sessions to support families: stay and play groups, parent support, SEN groups and sessions, individual or small group support, youth sessions and holiday programs.
